  : I knew NOTHING about breakfast
  : My partner and I went to breakfast. When we came back, we discovered the bed was NOT made and there were NO fresh towels. We contacted the receptionist and we were told that we could not get fresh towels and there was NO room service. The trashcan was filled up and we requested that someone get the can empied. We were told to bring the trash can down to the lobby and we we get a trash bag.

  : The staff was warm and friendly. It is located in a comfortable location.
  : The room had no separate light switches. The main light switch cut off the lights in the living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The iron had something stuck to it. The ice maker shut off switch was not working. The room was not as comfortable as my previous stay.

  : The location was conveniently located to family in the area as well as shopping. The rooms were of decent size. The exercise room had the machines that I usually use and they functioned well.
  : We had to change rooms twice. When we arrived we were put in a room that hadn't been cleaned. We were moved to a different floor away from family members that were staying there with us in a room across the hall. The second room had a microwave that didn't work and maintenance had to bring in another one. Also the carpet in the hallway smelled awful. Our family members that were also staying there ended up moving to a different room as well because of a plumbing issue. Also, they reported that the maintenance man just opened the door and entered their room after suspecting that there were only two women in the room. He apologized when he realized my nephew was in the room and stated he was actually looking for a different room. From then on, we took our valuables with us when we left the hotel. On the third day of the stay, we found a bedbug in the bed! I had to google what it was because I'd never seen one before. So we were moved again, this time to the ground level. Of course, there's an issue with this room. One, there was no hot water in the kitchen sink. Not a big deal. However, secondly, my husband checked the windows and both were unlocked. Someone could have easily accessed the room from the outside! This hotel seemed to have a lot of transient workers there. Luckily, that was the last night because I was so done.
