  : The hotel was comfortable, the room well-equipped, and clean. But, it seemed tired, and very understaffed. The location was fine, but less important to us as we were attending a wedding nearby. It is important to note that there was not a working resturant for an evening meal. This should be made much clearer on the property's website. Fortunately, there are a couple of pubs/resturants in close proximity.
  : It was disappointing to not have our room made up. We saw the member of staff as we left for a wedding, but when we came back in the early hours, the room was as we had left it. Particularly the milk had not been replenished, so no cup of tea! This should not have been the case.Breakfast was ok, but I have to say that the service was slow. We were a party of 8, but one of us did not get their breakfast until a good 10 minutes after everyone else, even though everything was ordered at the same time. There was no real apology for this. Finally, when we checked out, there was no-one at Reception to whom we could discuss our stay.

  : It was very tired in need of renovation. The bedroom we were given was run down and the bathroom is old in need of replacement. The hot breakfast was not really up to standard, the hash brown wasn’t cooked properly and the sausage was not good quality and could have been better.
