  : I liked the location for sure... I liked the market and the cafe, that is very convenient. I liked the pool/beach boards & floaties in the unit for us to use. Extra bedding, air mattress and extra towels was great. The views were amazing. Having a fan and the AC unit was a nice addition for those hotter days when the breeze didn't cool the space. Coffee machine with filters available was great. Dish soap and sponge was also nice to leave for new guests. Lots of places to sit in the space, couch, dining table, lounge chairs and really liked the table and chairs outside to enjoy the view. Also the lobby area had great seating. The elevators are really fast so being on the 39th floor... didn't seem forever to get an elevator to go down or up. Nice to have security in the building (front door) and a valet cart for your luggage to borrow.
  : I manage a couple short term rental homes back home... so these are my comments to improve as well as things I didn't like. Cleaning spray of some kind would of have been great to keep things clean. Extra trash bags should be left... don't you want your guests to clean up after themselves, two bags wasn't enough. Should be 5 or more depending on the length of stay. If your place accommodates up to 4 guests... I think you should have enough dishware, glassware and flatware to accommodate that or maybe a set of 6... so there are extras. The bathtub was a problem for me... it looked really dirty but I can see afterwards that it was just damaged. Buy a $40 can of tub refinish spray and refinish the tub... fresh caulk would help to. Also, there are large holes around the tub controls... which if water is getting behind can be very damaging. There is no tub drain cover so we couldn't take a bath... not great for kids (but I was able to jimmy rig something). The shower curtain liner is way too long and found myself stepping on it several times or caused the water not to drain... Cut it so it's not a trip hazard. One final thing... as great as it is to have a keyless door entry, being a guest you don't know how many people have that same code. A deadbolt or chainlock of some kind that can only be locked from the inside would be a nice added security... especially being a woman, single with young kids.

  : I liked that there were shops and bars nearby.
  : There was a $35 charge supposedly daily, but if you come and go, you might have to pay more daily. Also, there are no clear instructions. For example, I didn't know if I turned the deadbolt on the main door, that I would be leaving my door unlocked for anyone to walk in. Therefore, some strange guy happened to walk in on me and my friend as we were sleeping. Im a light sleeper, and almost anything wakes me up. The guy was out of it and had to be told multiple times to leave. At one point, we had to push him out. We had to call the police. Turned out he lived a few doors down. It was a huge inconvenience, not to mention unsafe. No one really did anything or cared.

  : WiFi is not working despite of reporting this and getting someone to fix it. Tv cable not working. No tv cable signal in the bedroom. WiFi does not reach the bedroom. Air conditioning in the room is very old and loud. You can never get a good sleep unless it is off. Apartment is semi clean despite on not allowing us to check in earlier than 4pm due to cleaners sanitizing they place.
