: The location was okay.
: This property was awful. This was the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. We had family staying at a much nicer hotel for the same price. This is extremely overpriced. The staff have been rude to deal with online, the room we stayed in was dirty, we were placed in a room where construction was being done right outside our window from 6am every morning despite the hotel seeming very empty (could have been placed away from this), the shower drain is clogged, the sheets we first slept in were obviously not clean because it had small bits of sand and dirt in the bed on our first night, we did not see one staff member the whole stay nor any housekeeping, the curtains don’t block out the light so it never gets dark at night time, the windows don’t even close so the noise is unable to be blocked out, the wifi is very slow, the walls have dirty marks on them and the facilities are very old and inefficient. We even considered booking a different hotel just to get some proper rest. Terrible!
