  : There was a bus stop by yhe building and there were several things within walking distance.
  : Lack of communication about the emergency protocol which would have been nice because there were 2 false alarms where my elderly and visually impaired father had to walk down 14 flights of stairs. Also the unit we stayed in was very outdated for the cost.

  : Please do not stay here. This is a false advertisement. Out of the 45 pictures displayed, not a single one matched the room we got. The room we got was disgusting - squalor almost. The room we got had the following: dirty, stained carpet, holes in the wall, scratches on the wall, two extremely small beds with old mattresses that had hair on the sheets, old appliances that were not cleaned, and the room had a odor that was terrible. The bathroom was not much better. What we were promised via the booking photos is nothing like what we got. The point of contact for this listening is also very rude, argumentative, and accepts no responsibility. I would advise anyone to never book this listing EVER. Save yourself the disappoint and stress that will encompass booking this listing. Please notice in the other reviews that the property is very argumentative and takes no responsibility. Take note of that, and choose another listing. I attached pictures of the room we received, and yes we did try to reach out right away and got no response. We were trapped, and we had to make other accommodations. They had the gall to charge us for the one night we were in the room making other accommodations because they said we used their service for one night. We did not. We sat on the couch and washed our hands and dried them with a towel after sifting through dirty beds for bed bugs. The fact that they charged us for one night of being trapped in this dump felt criminal. This listing is a scam, and we deserved a full refund for OUR inconvenience.

  : Very dirty and no directions for how to get the keys? It is not hotel, but you never know about it when you booked it. They did not clean the rooms every day. You need do Landry by using the public washing machine for daily towels. Only one day provides shampoo. When we called them, they told it was air B&B , I need bring shampoo by myself and also no clean towels to use. The covers or quilts they provided are stinky smell. They are aunts in the restroom.

  : This condo is in an excellent location and just minutes walk from the beach! Staying in a condo offered more benefits than staying at a normal hotel for us. Not only does this location have a full kitchen, but it was completely stocked with every item needed for cooking and cleaning. The host was very responsive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here the next time we are blessed to visit.
