  : I would never rent from this owner again the room was dirty spilled food on the floor that look like it been there forever cant get in touch with no one wen I do they keep saying someone would call but they didn’t

  : I loved the ambiance of the facility, It was beautiful and very clean.
  : The host were very hard to get in touch with. They didn't answer any phone calls or messages through booking app. When they did respond, everything seemed automated as they weren't any of my questions. The balcony door from the Main bedroom was off track and wouldnt open at all. I was able to contact the Front Desk and she sent a maintence guy to open it, it was really hard btw even for him. I was happy that it was open, but because he didnt fix it, I had to sleep with it open for the duration of our stay. The stove wasn't working and the pillow cases were dirty :( . Still couldn't reach host, tried calling and that is when a customer service agent called. He was a little helpful but they didnt bring pillow cases or correct any of the other issues until the our last night there. I was extremely disappointed.
