  : First off, my check in details went to my junk mail which made check in very difficult. Once that was figured out we went to the room to find it hadn't been cleaned yet which was disappointing after traveling all day. It eventually got cleaned by 6pm. Overall it seems pretty dated, The kitchen wasn't something you could cook much in, not a lot of dishes, towels, garbage bags etc. We kept cooking simple to breakfast and sandwiches. You get what you pay for. The location was nice. Beach was nice, short walk to the ocean. The beach and pool area was very crowded, whole resort was actually. But it was spring break and everywhere was pretty busy. Other places we looked at were a lot more expensive for the week so by staying here and dealing with some of the things we didn't care for made it possible money wise for us to plan day trips and eat out a lot. Easy to get to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, Walmart and Publix down the street to stock up on toiletries and groceries. Overall my family had a great time in Hollywood.

  : The location was wonderful. Beautiful balcony with a view of the ocean (though you did have to look over the top deck of a parking garage to see the ocean) The beds in the condo were super comfortable. The water got very hot and no lack of water pressure. The Cafe in building 3901 was fantastic and would deliver to Condo, pool, or even to the beach! I did like the key code access to the room
  : When we arrived at the condo, after check in time, the cleaning company was still cleaning the unit. We had to wait outside the unit until they finished. Upon inspecting the unit there were a lot of things damaged. I took pictures and sent them to the management company. They said they would submit a work order but no one came during our stay to fix any of the problems. Living room chair was broken, scratch marks on the glass coffee table. There was a first size hole in the bedroom door. The knob to turn the shower from the faucet to the shower head was missing so when starting the water you had to get your head wet just to turn the shower on. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. Hooks were removed from the walls. Floor lamps were damaged. When we arrived there were only 2 bath towels in the room. They only allowed you 1 bath towel per person and 1 hand towel for 2 people. No washcloths. No kitchen towel or pot holders though we had a full kitchen. There isn't a washer/dryer in the unit but it is down the hall and for a fee of less than $2.00. We had to request garbage bags for the kitchen because they didn't supply any at all. I had to send more than one request for management to respond. I ask the management to contact me to discuss all the issues we had because I prefer not to leave a negative review if there is a way to resolve the issues. Especially to make the stay more enjoyable for the next guest. While they would corresponds by text they never called and spoke to me directly as requested. They also put a $300 security deposit on my card without advising me of this charge. And now I have to wait 5-7 days for the charge to come off my card.
