  : The room was nice and clean. Had everything we needed.
  : Had to pay for access tags and parking. We had to sign into the pool area each day. The beach was way too small.

  : The sight. The staff in general. The cleanliness of the Resort. The quietness.
  : We had fixed a 12hoo rendez-vous the day we arrived because we were not sure the time it took to get to hollywood. Our flight arrived at 09h30 am at the airport we took a taxi and were at the Tides for 10h30 am. We called Gloria from the Airport and from the Tides and waited for her till 12hoo in the Lobby of the Resort. Apparently she was caught in the traffic. The Security Lady was not enchanted to have us waiting in the Lobby with our luggage. On the night of the 7 march around 06h00 pm. the security guard working at the front desk (black lady) was rude with us. We ask her to call a personal taxi . She refused and was keeping repeting us to use the pay telephone outside. Everybody did except her.

  : The host met us at the building entrance and assisted us with the check-in process. She then gave us a tour of the facilities and answered any questions. Host was easily reachable by phone/text. The condo is clean, spacious and well appointed, including the kitchen. The building is quiet, lots of families. The pool was heated which helped on the cooler winter days. The private beach is clean and was not very busy on most days. There are several restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk as well as a supermarket, which was very handy. The nearby South Beach park is great for smaller kids, while the scenic South Hollywood broadwalk is about a 30 minute walk away. Overall a wonderful stay at this lovely condo.
