  : I have stayed in this hotel at least 20 times over the past 20 years. Most of the staff members have been working there for 15-20 years, and they know me. I LOVE them! Special thanks to Paco, Suneep, and Monir.However, a relatively new receptionist, Tanvir, was very rude to me this time. He forgot to return my passport and didn't even bother to leave a message in my room. When I asked if they had my passport, the night shift receptionist with a long beard (June 14 to 15) was also rude and told me that "THEY DO NOT HAVE my passport." As I was leaving, I turned around and asked him to "please check one more time." He then found it, but there was NO APOLOGY!

  : Great complimentary breakfast, friendly and obliging staff, awesome location, great very close and secure car parking
  : The shower adaptor from a bath didn't work, so we could not take a shower, but it's ok, as we would have been able to bath still if we had chosen - so all was not lost. There was a hole in mesh at the window, but it was ok. The room wasn't serviced when we arrived, but management quickly changed us to a new, clean room.
