  : Perfect location metro 5 minute walk and bus route outside the hotel. We arrived very early no room ready as we knew check in was at 4pm. The receptionist was quiet rude when we asked is there a possibility if we can get a room if we could have it first. But then Cecila took over the reception her turn around of the situation and customer service was 100% on point. Cecila is such a asset to this hotel and i would give her 10 stsrs. we got a room within an hour. The shop in the hotel was very cheap and the gentleman who runs this shop is amazing and so helpful.
  : Housekeeping - 2 pax so restock for two people. Never enough towels or toilet paper had to ask every night for more towels. There is a microwave in room but no plates or utensils, when ask hotel the don't have plates so we had to go buy paper plates. There's a fountain in the foyer that doesnt work and if you don't watch your step you will have an accident. As my husband fell, told the reception and he said happens all the time people fall. So do something about the fountain!

  : Parking in there lot is sort of expensive. And there are really no other options depending on what day you stay.

  : The room itself was spacious and organized. I liked having a small fridge to keep water and drinks cold, especially during the summer time. Additionally, the ease of access in and out of the hotel as well as the near proximity to the metro was really convenient. Lastly, I LOVED the entrance from the parking lot, very beautiful.
  : There were a couple strands of hair I noticed on the bathroom area, it wasn't a big deal so I didn't even bring it up.

  : My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hollywood Hotel. We chose it mostly because it was the only place to stay near our son’s home, who we were visiting. We were in town for a concert and to spend time with him. Once we got past the front desk, we found the place quite charming.The standout feature of the hotel is undoubtedly the outdoor courtyard in the center, with its lovely couches and inviting lighting. It was a wonderful place to relax on my own. Our room was spacious enough and provided a comfortable stay. There is also a small room that was wonderful and convenient for quick needs.Despite a few minor drawbacks, we will be staying here again, mainly due to its proximity to our son’s house. With a bit of updating this place could be top-notch.
  : While we enjoyed our stay at the Hollywood Hotel, there were several aspects that could use improvement. The front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier, which would have made the check-in experience more pleasant.Our room, although spacious, needed some updating, particularly the bathroom, where the wallpaper was peeling and the tile grout needed replacement. Additionally, there was no coffee available in the lobby, which was a bit disappointing.The deli in the basement was incredibly expensive and offered mostly packaged food, with not a lot of options. These issues detracted from an otherwise charming hotel experience. With friendlier staff, better coffee options, and some updates to the rooms, the Hollywood Hotel could greatly improve its appeal.
