  : Pool was closed. Went to say good bye to them because they are moving and they wanted to swim. Very disappointed. If I had gone they the property I would have received a discount. No more booking thru booking.com

  : There wasn't enough washcloths and towels to accommodate everyone on our room. The breakfast was decent but need a more of a variety.

  : The staff was friendly.
  : 1)The elevator sounded like it was going to fall apart.2)Stepping off the elevator felt like the floor was caving in and they patched it up with carpet padding.3) Throughout the holtel (lobby and 2nd floor) smell was unpleasant.4) had to Chand rooms because there were dead cockroches in our room.5) We were moved with no problem but right next door to the room with the bugs, no biggie, but the rooms looked patched up and thrown together. This really made me sad because I normally love home2. Overall I give this hotel a 1 and that's for the staff.

  : The room was dirty and all the appliances were broken. The dead bolt lock to the room was broken to the point where had to have it fixed upon entering the room for the first time. The hotel staff was rude and not present when needed. There are a ton of other issues but it will take to long to list them all. Not a good Home 2 at all and this is coming from someone who stays exclusively at these hotels when traveling.

  : All the employees were very nice it was so nice to receive the goody bag upon checking in. The macadamia white chocolate chip cookies were really good. The hotel was located right across from a Walmart also there were many restaurants within walking distance also. Rita was the employee checked us in very pleasant and professional.
  : The breakfast was not all that, but being they give you a variety to chose from still we still was ok with what was there. The west side of the building needs to be more secure (fence,wall etc.) because it is a vacant field then apartments, the residents at the apartments constantly use the path next to the hotel cutting through the hotel parking lot to go to the Walmart so I felt unsafe going to my vehicle at night. We even observed them coming through the path and getting in the pool from our window. Room #317
