  : When asked for another key they hesitated and told us that in case of lost you need to pay 20 euros extra. Also you need to check out exactly at 11:00, otherwise you will need to pay for every extra hour! They told us that every two days they gone clean the house but they never did!

  : Non existent WiFi connection - for 3 days we never had WiFi access even though the Room clearly advertises so. Check in was not clear that had to be done in the supermarket, no indication so we ended up wasting time going around to find someone we could ask for information (no reception). Room was not cleaned nor refreshed for the whole 3 days of stay. The room rate supposedly includes a beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds but the staff kicked us out from the umbrella 30min after check out (we were only going to stay one hour before we catch our ferry) - from my experience, you can always use the infrastructure / facilities until you depart. Very overpriced supermarket below the rooms (also owned by the same staff). Conversion rate not correct - we ended up overpaying vs the booking rate.
