  : The view on seaside was amazing. I was staying in deluxe apartment, there was plenty space. Zina recommended a restaurant close to the beach with reasonable price. I really had a good time there.

  : The only upsides for this accommodation are the panoramic views of the sea and the cute garden.
  : Every info about the location of this accommodation is misleading. Says that it's located in Himare but there's at least 2 km of dirt road and shady area until you get to Himare. They are using the fact that they probably belong to Himare administratively to say that they're in the city, even though the location is in the middle of nowhere. This road can not be done safely on foot at night due to not being lit up. We asked taxi drivers in Himare and they did not want to go there as it was "too bad of a road". The 600 metres to Livadhi Beach are in fact a hiking path that can be done in slippers only by people with good physical condition in 20 minutes at least. No restaurants nearby (you can't call the guy with one arm that was serving food on a pier down the road a restaurant), no refreshments available to buy at the property and rules like: "no food or alcohol in the room", rule about the check out being at 10 am even though on booking it said 11 am. Trash was not taken out for 3 days, only one roll of toilet paper provided for 2 persons for 3 days. During one of my showers the curtain rod fell on my shoulder as it was not fixated on the wall (think about if it fell on the head of a little kid playing in the shower!). Also the property requested the money before our stay, I understand that might be their policy, but they are surely enforcing it due to the fact that a lot of people would leave after the first night there otherwise! Please change the distances measured in straight lines because they are horribly misleading! There were no free toiletries available in the bathroom, no daily housekeeping even though these are stated as amenities.

  : A beautiful apartment complex in the middle of nature with parking included in your stay!It was exceptionally clean, with every comfort you could ask for and with a beautiful terrace view on the last floor!It was a 5 min walk to the nearest beach, or you could take the car and go downtown (10 minute ride) where there's plenty of things to do.I highly recommend staying here at least once also because the people that run this place are very kind and genuine.I'll be sure to stay here for longer next time!
