  : Air conditioning leaked on bedsPool music was repeated every 15 songs with heavy metal. Staff lacked any enthusiasm. The hotel is tired and run down in areas which could easily be fixed such as the shower only being hand held with no wall mounting. This was in all rooms. Inconsistencies with towel changes/bedding. Items such as bed sheets would be missing one night and towels the next etc. the noise from the night clubs is extreme when staying in a sea view room therefore it is nearly impossible to get any sleep before 05:00 most nights.

  : - showers are not great with a terrible curtain and have to hold the shower head by hand the entire time which means a lot of water mess in the bathroom.- often struggled for parking especially during weekend

  : Staff at the reception was one of the worst I've seen, and I've traveled a lot. When we first arrived to the hotel, we haven't recieved any greetings, the receptionists were quitely staring at us like we are not welcome here. Then they started to demand from us some voucher for booking, they can't believe that the room can be booked via booking.com. Then they collected from us additional city tax, despite the fact that according to booking.com city tax is already included in the price I've paid. At first, they even haven't provided us reciept for that, but after speaking with their manager they finally did it. Honestly, this was the first hotel where I don't want to interact with receptionists at all since they are just rude and unprofessional. If not for the receptionists, the hotel is great in all other senses - the room was cleaned every day very accurately, the location of the hotel is great and facilities are nice.

  : We were transferred to a better room after complaining. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was excellent
  : Attitude of the receptionist. The first room was opposite a lap dancing club and loud music from adjacent night club. The room smelt of smoke, was small, the oven was dirty and on a worn out dirty cardboard sheet above the fridge which was noisy.
