  : Nothing. This place is a real dump and would not recommend staying here. - REFUND! .
  : Me and my family (kids included) booked 2 rooms for 3 nights in this hotel approximately 2 hours before we got there. We checked-in and were VERY disappointed of what we saw when we entered the "Executive Suite" - the sink was in the middle of the room, bathroom with see-through and smell-through doors, walls so thin you can hear everything from the outside, no view (the area around the hotel looked like a refugee camp!), the room is dark and it's not possible to open the window since the balcony looks right into the dining room. Our big mistake was to book on a no-refund basis. I tried to speak to the hotel managers explaining that we only booked the rooms a couple of hours ago, suggested to pay for one night and get a refund for the rest. They refused because "we already checked-in" (knowing we had no option of knowing that this place is such a mess before that!). Honestly - they suffered NO DAMAGE (not even knowing we booked the rooms until 2 hours before, and it was still the middle) and again suggested to pay for one night; we asked them to be fair, and refund us for the other 2 nights and THEY REFUSED simply because they could. I honestly would have prefer paying 3 times more and not staying there. I saw it happens to other couples while we were there - people coming, asking to leave and ask to get their money back. Don't make this mistake! I add pictures to support this. Also, FYI - the location is NOT great. It is the middle of the touristic area of Hersonissos, Also - the pool area is not at all what it looks like! It's more like a small back yard and there is no sun there at no time of the day. The water there are freezing and it's not fun to get in. Breakfast is very basic and DOES NOT worth 12 Euros per person. IF you decide to book a room there - take your money and go outside to some place else (but take into consideration that the good restaurants are not anywhere near this place).

  : The hotel is located in a great location, just 5 minutes to the beach front, bars and restaurants. Very quiet at nught and very comfortable beds and clean rooms.
  : We had to park in the public car park next door as the hotel car park was always full.

  : The breakfast was not that good, very few varieties and pretty much the same food each day. Few of no options for people on medical diet

  : We liked the soft beds and hotels location as it was only a short walk to the city main strip. The staff was nice and friendly.
  : The food was really subpar. We only had breakfast but it still was very disappointing. The food was basically the same the whole stay, only pastry was somewhat rotated. And it was also on the cold side, not warm at all. We were also very frustrated with WiFi connection and speed as it didnt work or was so slow it was not usable. TV turned on but did not work. There was also a problem with water pressure. Hot (boiling) water was not a problem but cold or lukewarm water pressure was almost nonexistent. There was also a lot of noise from other hotel guests and people coming back to the hotel early in the morning. The fridge in the room was making a lot of noise so we couldnt sleep but that was fixed promptly the next day. The nearest beach is quite a walk away.

  : Good and quiet location, nice accomodation. The hotel staff is nice.
  : Very dirty, you have to ask for clean towels, sheets and toilet paper. The pool water is yellowish.The cleaning lady comes to your room at inconvenient time (like 5 pm).It would be a nice hotel if cleaniness was improved.
