  : Staff are amazing. Second to none and truly make this hotel special. Stelios in particular is outstanding in every way.
  : Unfortunately the quality of the food has gone down dramatically since 2021. It is now just an average 2-3 star all inclusive buffet. Same slop each day etc. This hotel used to provide a premium grade buffet which was very hard to rival at this price point. This however is no more.The villa was very dirty and lack luster. My daughter actually cried with disappointment on arrival but we all agreed to make the most of it.... Very similar to a caravan feel with cheap furniture and taped electrics etc, not to mention over 8 hairs in the bed.

  : We had an appartment with a "private" pool which was super nice. This hotel is an excellent choice for chilling, drinking and soak in the sun. The town right next to it is charming and has nice beaches, lots of restaurant.
  : The selection of alcohol was exactly top shelf, but it's all you can drink so who cares? Not much you can complain about. Maybe the location? You have to do a fair bit of walking or take the shuttle, if you don't have a car.

  : Great friendly staff, peaceful location with plenty of room at the pool. Access to filion facilities. 5m drive away from town/beach.If you are seeking a quiet holiday, then this is the place to be! Staff are super friendly and well assist with everything you need. When we arrived, air-conditioning in the living room wasn't working, so we were given a mobile air-conditioning unit for the duration of our stay. You'll need a car for easier navigation to both town and filion unless you plan to stay in the hotel for most of your stay. Sister Hotel Filion Resort & Spa facilities are below average for a 5 star, but 3 outdoor pools include toddler pool and indoor pool. I heard that some guests visited Filion for evening entertainment, but I never went as I loved peace and quiet. Massage was OK, although it was slightly expensive. "Spa" is only a dry spa(no steam room) free of charge if you get a massage or EUR10 per day on its own.All in all, my stay was comfortable and great!
  : Food was mostly good, except sometimes food was reused (lunch/dinner). One morning, I had beans that went bad and had to ask for it to be replaced.The shower in my room did not drain well.

  : Nice view of the valley. Exceptional apartment. Quiet.
  : The staff didn't seem to want to be there. All inclusive snacks was the same sandwiches or sponge cake wrapped in plastic each day. Food had pretty poor quality overall.

Disappointing

  : We were disappointed with this hotel, I dont understand why there are so many good rewiews here.The hotel doesn't have its own beach (you can only use free sunbeds on a beach "Plage de bali" (it's in the town, 30-40 minutes on foot), but in our opinion it was cramped, crowded and unpleasant, some sun loungers literally stood in the water due to cramped conditions (photos). So, its much better to go to another public beach and pay for umbrellas and sunbeds yourself, as we did. In addition, the hotel does not provide a shuttle to this beach. There is a minibus, but it belongs to a partner hotel Filion. If there are more people willing to go than there are seats on this minibus, then you wont fit and you will be forced to walk on foot or wait for the next one for an hour or more (these minibuses ran without a clear schedule - it should be every hour, but sometimes it's not).The hotel staff seem polite, but they are indifferent. When we arrived, no one explained the rules to us, they just gave us a printout with meal times and thats it. They didnt show us where everything was, didnt explain that they had self-service (you pour wine and other drinks from the taps yourself), we found out everything ourselves by trial and error. They forgot to give us bracelets.The room looks good, it has everything you need - an iron, hair dryer, shower gels. The pool in the room was useless in October (too cold), but perhaps in the summer this is an advantage. The walls in the hotel are very thin, if someone in a hotel flushes the toilet, everyone hears it. Hotel by itself is in the middle of nowhere in the mountains, so there's a lot of animal noise at night. When we moved in, the floor of our apartment was obviously dirty with somebodys hair, TV didnt work. One time there were no electricity and water temperature in shower was not stable.The food was not bad, even good, but drinks were cheap and not tasty.
