  : the house is very modern and equipped, nice porches and rooms the location is wonderful quiet but still close to the beach, .stores and restaurants the stuff was attentive and answered all of our problems , the pool was clean but a bit small
  : we had an electricity problem at the kitchen, that was a bit annoying

  : Constant communication with the hosts - we asked if there was a Nespresso machine in the apartments and we got one (despite the fact it wasn't a standard offering)
  : Bali is a small place with a nice beach and a handful of smaller supermarkets and restaurants. For anything else, you need to drive to Rethymno which is around 25-30 mins drive away

  : Trouble with washing machine, was locked-could not open it, but we booked two villas, so we used second one

  : Very spacious.
  : Cleaning done only once a week which in itself is not a problem but they didnt replace some things like toilet paper, washing machine pills and beach towels. Since we have neighbors above us, it can be noisy when furnitures are being dragged or moved late at night.

  : The suites were good and comfortable, with all you need to cook and stay for a couple of days, even weeks. It's really close to Bali if you go by car and fast access to the main road that crosses the north of the island.
  : Our suit was probably closed for a long time, and there was a lot of dust and humidity.The only point of light was the only door/window, and that makes the suit quite dark.

  : The villa offered ample space, and the owner was always quick to respond to our needs. The staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. The top balcony provided a fantastic view, and having a pool right outside the door was a unique and enjoyable feature. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a few bottles of water in the fridge, especially since supermarkets were a considerable distance away.
  : The place seemed to be in its off-season. Although the pool was unclean when we arrived, the manager assured us it would be usable the following day. However, it remained dirty, and the cleaning crew only showed up a day later. We experienced repeated issues with the pipes on the ground floor. Water from the sewage seeped in on three separate occasions, spreading an unpleasant odor throughout the building. This also increased the humidity, leading to mold formation in some corners. While I appreciate that the issues were addressed and cleaned up each time, it made for an uncomfortable stay. The furnishings showed signs of wear and tear. The couch had visible stains, and the lamps were dusty. The kitchen equipment was particularly disappointing; many items were old, worn out, and in dire need of replacement. While the place was generally tidy, some items were notably aged and appeared to need an overhaul. The actual state of the accommodations was a letdown compared to the photos. The property has potential, but our experience was disappointing. It's not the kind of experience one hopes for on a holiday, unfortunately.
