  : The very loud music which went on until 1 am on the first occasion and quite late on the second occasion. There was very little interaction with the staff.

  : The room and the bathroom are as in the pictures. Although the bed was not the highest quality but was comfortable enough.
  : No information was given before I arrived. The other guests told me that the keys have to be picked up at the Indian restaurant at the other side of the road. A very incompetent and unprepared waiter made me double pay the fee although I told him that it was already paid. The office lady sent me back the money, however, due to international bank transfer fees I had less money (25GBP) at the end of the day. I was asking for compensation but they don’t even reply me. If you can pay a bit more for a room close to the city center then don’t choose this one. They have no idea how to run a customer-focused company, it feels that they only care about the money.

  : We were warned that there would be noise from the pub below on Friday and Sat nights which would have been OK if it had stopped at midnight as promised but instead it just went on and on and on. And it wasn't just music or live music it was the most terrible Karaoke and it wasn't just loud it was room shakingly unbearable. Seriously DO NOT STAY HERE AT WEEKENDS unless you really want a night in hell.
