  : very rude host, since his house is hard to find, we called him and he said to put the address in google map and told us cant you read.the towel and the bed gave me rashes

  : The property was brilliant located, set in beautiful scenery and has clearly been well looked after by its owners. The property was immaculate, well kept and super comfortable. If I was to go back to Hallstatt this would be my first point of booking.
  : The property could benefit from a slight upgrade. Given the quiet and cosy nature of Hallstatt, it would have been nice to have access to a digital tv system that allowed me and my partner unwind and tune into Netflix over a bottle of wine and some food. However, the outdated and basic tv system that is in the property doesnt allow this. This would also be beneficial for groups staying at the property.

  : Bed room quite not clean, both smell and floor.Many bedbug in the bad, I and my family have allergic reactions.

  : The location of the house is absolutely beautiful between the mountains
  : The place itself is beautiful but the maintenance level of the house is very low. Some of the kitchenware is too cheap, like a tea pot with a sharp edge in the top cover that actually wounded my finger. The level of cleaning of the house is very low too. We found a used tissue paper sticking from between the mattresses in the bed, which makes me wonder if the sheets were changed at all before our arrival. In addition, the subfloor heating, which is the only way to warm up the apartment was not turned on before out arrival. (Dont be misled by the photo of the wood fireplace it is not allowed to use it for insurance reasons). It is the kind of subfloor heating that is very mild. It may keep the house warm once it is warm but it takes more than 24 hours to be noticeable, and we felt cold almost throughout our stay. Not recommended, and definitely not good value for money.

  : we were not allowed to check in. we called the property and told them we were on our way. they said to call again when we arrived. we called multiple times when we got there and they would not answer. property was locked and we ended up booking another hotel.
  : the owner is a crook. he has multiple reviews with people saying they were ripped off and he wont refund money. other hotels in the area said that he does this all the time. he is getting rich by stealing peoples money and not allowing them to check in.
