  : The location is very good. Right next to the hotel there is a port from where you can get to the train station which is on the other side of the lake.
  : There is no parking near the hotel as it is indicated in hotel page. In order to check in they enter your credit card details into the system which is really strange.

  : The front desk staff was amazing. Very helpful.
  : The guy at dinner dining was an a$$. We stopped to eat dinner. We didn't have a room yet but was on my cell getting reservations. He asked if we were staying at the hotel. I said not yet. He told us they were fully booked and we could not eat there. So we left and ate our anniversary dinner a few doors down. My cell with the slow internet had already completed the booking by the time we were seated in the other hotel. Otherwise, I would have canceled it. Dropped over 200 for dinner there and a healthy tip for the waiter. We went back to check in, and that a$$ hat was at the door putting dirty table cloths in a room. He looked at me like I was trash and then spoke to me with a tone for garbage. Asked me what he could do for me now. I should have told him exactly what was on my mind, but I was still polite. I explained that I was there to check in but was looking for the parking spot I was told to park in. Rude tone again telling me something about only residents. I just walked in the door , away from him, to talk to the very helpful guy behind the desk. As the as$$hat walked past, he spoke to the guy behind the desk, asking him about me. I know enough to get the just of the conversation. I'm glad the other host and restaurant got our money and not him. Just because I'm not all fancy dressed and or an America does not mean you treat people like crap.
