: It was quiet. Nice view of the park nearby.
: The heating was broken, couldn't turn it off or to set it to a smaller temperature. (Complained about it at reception, but no one came to fix it)The curtain of the shower broke, asked at the reception for someone to come and fix it but nobody came for 2 days.(remained broken until we left, same with the heating)Very poor breakfast: bread, one type of sausage, one type of cheese, one type of salami, butter (if you are lucky - there were a few pieces in the first day, then no more butter), milk (you had to wait for it, there seemed there was never enough). Bad experience with the kitchen staff: while I was waiting for the bread to toast, the waitress came, took my bred with her bare hands and put it on my plate without asking. Considering she didn't wash her hands before touching the food, I didn't appreciate this gesture. The pool is only open for a few hours (2-3hours) in the afternoon. This information was not provided anywhere at the time of booking. Also pictures are much nicer than reality.
