  : The room was warm which was nice, and spacious but basic, furniture is dated and very simple.
  : We had to hand the room key to the receptionist when we were going out! I said I would like to keep it but they said I am not allowed. It was weird, uncomfortable and not very polite at all.

  : Nothing!!!
  : The hotel is terrible. We were placed in a completely different room that we booked and paid for. Our room, which we paid for, was supposed to have air conditioning, a large double bed, a normal bathroom, a hairdryer, and so on. We were put in a terrible old little room on the first floor. Unpleasant old smell, old decrepit furniture. 2 small beds, no air conditioning and no hairdryer. There was no bath, no hair shampoos. It was very very hot in the room, our furry dog barely survived the night. What did we pay the money for !? Why were we placed in the wrong room !? The administrator said "what was the free room, and they settled in this." The fact that you book a good room does not bother anyone in this hotel. From 6 in the morning we were not allowed to sleep. People walked back and forth near our room and talked and laughed very loudly. Plates and cups pounded. We arrived late at night and wanted to get a good night's sleep before the trip. But we only slept for a few hours due to people getting in the way! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone !!! Nobody initially warned for the extra payment of the animal. Upon check-out, we were charged an additional 15 euros for the accommodation of an animal.

  : Only the breakfast. Cooked to order.
  : We arrived at 19.00 following a very long car journey with our puppy in tow. Miserable and indifferent reception. Restaurant not open. However, observed a dining room with kitchen,and we weren't offered a hot or even a cold drink. No help given to us at all in finding a restaurant in the town. Completely devoid of any customer interaction. Hotel room very cold and tired in appearance. Not even a bottle of water available to drink in the room. No extra pillows absolutely nothing extra in the room at all. An absolute miserable hotel experience, and never to be repeated.

  : Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. The room was small, but there was a fridge, too. For a night stay it was perfect. The location is also ok, as the centre is not far and there is the tram train stop nearby.
  : I have really no complaints. The hotel met my expectations.
