Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : I am sure the property is great but we had a bed experience. Although we had the confirmation for the booking, when we got there at 10 pm the room had been given to someone else and we were forced to find some other place to stay on spot. Not a great experience, especially with 2 small children along. We were very disappointed. The staff tried to be helpful but there was nothing they could do. I recommend a verbal confirmation.

  : It is ok-ish if you are in transit and don't have too many expectations from the place you want to sleep a few hours.Super important that is 24h reception(we came super late and somebody was there to give us the key). Also that young man was super nice, knew english and made all the formalities super fast.In rooms it was super clean (except shower cabine)
  : Bed was loud/kreak (at every movement).In room it was a strange smell in the morning (maybe from kitchen, I don't know ).You could hear the street noise.Nobody asked us anything at breakfast (or even say Hello or something - no warm products).And most importantly...photos are misleading, bathroom and the room is looking like an old and tarnished version of what is in the pictures)

  : impossible to use the water for showering or brushing your teeth, the water had a foul smell, I don't recommend sleeping here.

  : The location was perfect for people travelling to Bulgaria. We wish we could stay a little longer and do some sightseeing. The staff was flexible and friendly. The place was very clean and cosy.
