  : This is only property that has swimming pool in Gyr. And my goal was to have a rest with swimming, spa and massage. The room was clean, nothing special. It is definitely not 4 star hotel, only around 3.
  : The service was awful. The First Lady that met me was really open and nice with me, however she didnt solve my problem of one double bed instead of two twin (however it was initially requested when I booked the room, and the next day, they solved this problem without changing the room).During the day there is another administrator at reception, her name is Judit and her service was awful. Firstly, I came to clarify regarding the bed, because I thought maybe to upgrade the room (as at first day another administrator told me that this is the only possible way to have double bed instead of two twin, simply they just wanted me to pay more, however during the booking there is option to have double bed for my room). After that I wanted to sign for massage, I asked for clarification between types for which she told me that she doesnt know with very rude and pokerface. And several times asked do I really want massage? However my goal of choosing this hotel is the spa plus massage, because I wanted some relaxation. Then I pointed the time and told that I am thinking between two types of massage with the same duration and time, and clarified that I want to consult with the master. For that she replied (again very rude) that I should choose now. How can I choose if she couldnt explain the difference and if there is any health contradictions. At the middle of the conversation, other guests (local Hungarians) came to check out, and she just left me and told that she would serve them and then continue with me. The question why? Because I am another nationality? Especially, that guests themselves didnt ask me to wait because they are in a hurry. By the end I took the massage, to be objective it was not bad. However I believe if the master could speak English (or at least administrator translated my wishes and request, I believe it would be even better).

  : The location was excellent.
  : The air-conditioner did not cool down the room, therefore we had to keep the windows open. Unfortunately, numerous drunk people spent the evening on the street, being extremely loud. The hotel is aware of the problem but did not address it. Also, in the bathroom the garbage bin was not emptied, we found the litter of the previous guest. Both problems have been reported at the reception, acknowledged by the personnel but not addressed. We did not receive an apology either.
