  : friendly and helpful staff
  : Dim and poorly maintained rooms. one of the electric socket came off. No heating in the room and one of staff gave me a heater. There was only one coffee machine and that was broken.

  : Have been there for several stays now and I look forward to the vibe there. This trip the warm pools were not working, all week?? and the hot tub was not hot? After a while, you got chilled? I said something to the front desk and they made adequate adjustments, but I keep mine at home around 103F degrees, much hotter
  : My room was cold at night, had to sleep with my socks on and wear a turtle neck long sleeve shirt. The breakfast buffet a little inconsistent, I think they need help opening on a Monday, the juice machine was all water and got corrected the next day, the scrambled eggs should be plain or vegetarian, spinach, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms. For a few days it was made with a lot of sausage and very "greasy", I said something and towards the end of the week ond say vegetarian and last 2 days plain. You have lots of sausage on the buffet, don't ruin the eggs with more. Cold pork loin was the best I ever had! Coffee machine makes weak cappuccino, have to add an extra shot of espresso, veggies okay, Friday out of olive oil and mozzarella, pastries inconsistent, breads excellent, would be nice to have hot potatoes on the buffet, not sure why Hungarians eat almost raw bacon and not crispy? Who needs all that fat?? Should have a cut fresh fruit salad and cottage cheese and individual packages of instant oatmeal. Lunch and dinner is always good!

  : The bathroom is a little small, especially shower.

  : Location okay, parking okay, breakfast okay.
  : No elevator, at least not for guests. Kinda old. Spa area definitely need aprovement-water temperature needs to be much much warmer. Not worth 70e/night/person. Not at all.
