  : Breakfast was good. Location is great. Our room size was great.
  : The communication between staff and guest could be improved. We were told 10 minutes before by another guest that we would be without water. We called the front desk to verify and crew did not have a timeframe on the start of this shut down. The water was out for a total of 8 hours. Once water was back on, it was brown and still unusable for another 2 hours. The manager had left for the day so we were unable to ask any questions. There were no apologies or any effort to compensate for the lack of services. The ice machines were also out of order or not functioning properly on all the floors except the first floor.

  : Great location near outlets, shopping and restaurants. Clean facilities.
  : They are pet friendly but the pet deposit was nearly as much as the price of the room. My 4 lb dog should have had a room of his own for that price!

  : The water went out and we couldn’t shower .. had hair dye on my son’s hair I couldn’t rinse. Asked for my room to get serviced and all they did was take out the trash. Didnt make beds or anything else as the sign on the mirror said .
