  : Location and all the rooms were interior door entrances. They did comp our breakfasts because we weren’t pleased with our room.
  : They assigned us a double queen room when we reserved a single king room. There had at some point been a leak, seemingly, from the ice machine (which was out of order) right across from our room on the floor we were assigned and the carpet outside of our room and all the way into our room to the bathroom was saturated. They had a loud fan blowing on the wet carpet in the hall all night. There was what appeared to be a small spot of blood on the wall above the toilet paper roll. There was mold on the caulking in the shower. All of the shower toiletry dispensers (soap, shampoo and conditioner) in the shower were empty.

  : The location was the only good thing about this establishment.
  : I couldn't check in on time. We had to wait an hour after check in and didn't get the room we booked. There were bugs crawling around in our room and the room smelled funny.

  : Had to ask for someone to bring towels up on second day.. They never did. Had to go to the desk and get them.

  : The staff was amazing! Every person greeted us and talked to us about our stay/general conversation. They were helpful by giving us restaurant recommendations, extra towels as needed, and giving insight into the incoming bad weather. The ladies at the front desk were extremely personable. They had someone in the lobby offering root beer floats which was a fun touch.
  : We had issues with the elevator. It dropped and got stuck for roughly a minute. We had no other issues with the elevator other than this. The water in our room was extremely cold. It seemed like we weren’t getting any hot water for showers.
