: The view and closeness to the beach. But I really like stepping in human excrement in the parking lot (three piles) and called 'Red' to hear them say track down the property manager to clean it up!
: The missing tub handle, the mold and torn shower curtain, the residue found inside the coffee maker, the moldy dirty pillow found in the closet, the in-op ice maker, the gridy and worn furniture, chipped coffee cups to start. When emails did not get a response, I called 'Red' only to hear them pass the buck and they said it was my problem! Overpaid for my experience!

: No breakfast.
: There is a cleaning fee for the room however I noticed dust in the kitchen and grim in the kitchen. There was no reason for that to be there if we have to pay so much for a cleaninng fee.Also the TVs were very confusing you have to plug in the blue ray to play them because they weren't plugged up. Also one bedroom has a DVD player that doesnt even work. Very frustrating when your trying to watch stuff. Also the people who checked in on Monday next to us. Took over the balcony like it was there own. It was very hard to get through the walk way. We had to keep moving chairs.

: It was a really great facility. Extremely clean and comfortable. Great access to the beach from condo.
: That my room faced the road instead of the beach. Not all room faced the beach like shown in the photos.
