Moonraker Condos

Wonderful

: Beach access was very convenient.
: The French doors and curtains were very dirty and had tone of fingerprints that needed cleaning. No coffee mugs available. The shower liner was clean but some of the top holes were torn so it was coming down. Minor stuff but the doors and curtains didn’t give a very good first impression.

  : Location
: Sofa bed was broken, and disgusting. There were blood stains on the pillow cases... phone slid under fridge had to retrieve it not a pretty sight.

: The condo itself was clean and adorable. It was also a very easy check in. Also, it was pretty close to the beach.
: There was flooding and no where to park. Others were getting upset because we were not able to park in our designated areas. The laundry room was pretty filthy and had a few broken down. We were evacuated from Ida and had no electricity in our home. We we're not able to get back into our home as it was being worked on and I had to pay nearly $300, to which was all the money I had to my name, to stay a single night. Everyone was price gouging the moment Ida had hit. I really thought it would have been kind to have at least helped a single mother evacuating with three children with any type of evacuee anything. But they were not willing to budge. I did what I could but I really was upset no one was willing to speak to me directly. The price for one night was outrageous to me but we had no other choice as everywhere else was booked. All around it was a cute and close little place. But was it worth nearly $300 for one single night? No.

Very Poor

: The parking lot flooded 3 times. We could not unpack our car and couldn't park in our space afraid our car would be flooded. The unit had roaches bad. The fan on the A/C ran non stop. The ceiling leaked into the unit, we actually saved their furniture, modem and floor from being destroyed. Will not go back.

Very Good

: Location to beach not too far. Only one set of steps
: The room had a moldy smell in it, no coffee

: The interior was designed nice and aesthetically pleasing. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and more.
: I saw a roach and the white curtain that seperated the hallway from the living room had some nasty looking yellow stain on it. Curtains are insanely cheap compared to the $400+ dollars they made off my two day stay.

: Location was nice, you can see the beach & gulf from windows and deck. Chairs and picnic table on the deck was nice to use. I enjoyed drinking coffee sitting on the deck watching the waves come in. Short drive to shopping and entertainment but far enough away to enjoy privacy and relax too, location is a nice balance. Kitchen looked updated. Nice to have a washer and dryer onsite. Pictures in posting were accurate.
: Slept awful, the mattress was very uncomfortable and sheet quality was garbage. Kitchen had zero items to use the oven including essential oven mits / pot holders! Rental units should include oven mits, pot holders, baking sheet, cassrole dish, muffin tin and a pizza pan. We actual bought cheap pot holders and a baking sheet to use and left there for future renters. First night there we had a tornada warning and news said to take shelter... nothing in unit says where to go in this situation, it was very scary. We are from WI, here we have basements to take shelter in. Also had some issues with the shower.

Disappointing
