  : The location is acceptable. The hotel is right next to the entrance of the First Mountain Cable Car. You can see tourists queuing up in the hotel waiting for the cable car to go up the mountain. However, it is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is not convenient if you have a lot of luggage.
  : 1.Wi-Fi: We stayed in a room on the first floor and the signal was very poor. 2. Room: The sound insulation is relatively poor, probably because the house is mainly made of wood, and you can hear creaking sounds when walking in the room, not to mention the sounds from other rooms. And the lights in the room are very dim and the visibility is very poor. 3. Cleaning: Only if you proactively inform the service desk at a specific time, will staff come to clean your room. 4: Breakfast: Compared with the places I visited some time ago in Zurich, Lucerne and other places, the variety of meals here is indeed not that rich, and maybe because the staff are too busy, they often need to proactively inform them that certain meals are no longer available. 5: Others: There are only two hair dryers in the public bathroom and the service desk in the entire hotel, but they can be taken back to the room by others at will. If someone forgets to return them, you can't use them.

  : Perfect central location, small but functional room, lovely living rooms with fancy furniture and beautiful mountain view, free coffee and tea all the time, bike storage, good breakfast buffet (bread, eggs, variety of cheese and meat, some vegetables and fruits, porridge, flakes, good coffee and bramded tea, juices, ...). Very friendly staff.

  : It's very convenient for tourists who would like to visit Grindelwald First. The location just next to the entrance of the cable. The breakfast was good.
