  : Do rethink when make reservation with them! Rudest service I have ever had. We made reservation with Hotel Grindelwalderhof through Booking.com. But hotel refused to check in for us. We want to add one more guest but they charge us for 100CHF, which is much higher than the price for additional guest on Booking (only 41CHF). The woman at the reception was extremely rude and inpatient. She refused to explain why the price was different and only gave us two options: Pay or leave. And then she did not answer any of our questions, and being very aggressive to us, pointing at us all the time while talking, And crudely lowered down the cover of the reception desk and refused us to check in.We have to call the police in the end however the issue has not been solved. Police ask us to get refund from Booking. However the hotel refused to refund. We still havent got an proper explanation for this. And no refund neither from Booking nor the hotel. I have booked many hotels from Booking. All of them are very nice and being very kind to the guests. We have never encountered an hotel like this. Absolutely unacceptable and disappointing

  : The view is superb, with mountains view right outside our balcony. Room is big and bed is comfortable. Next to it is the supermarket and eateries nearby.
