  : The seafront and the location to the sea.
  : When we turned up on time, no one was there to meet us, so phone them up, and we had to wait about 15 minutes to turn up and give our rooms' keys codes then going into the room ceiling got a damp patch wardrobe broken no mirror and skirting boards in the shower on floor the bed sheets wasn't clean and to top it of only 1 hand towel between 2 of us, I said something to the person and all I got was that isn't good is it. Our only advice to anyone looking at this place is to find somewhere else there is plenty of other b&b yarmouth as we will not be coming back to this hotel.

  : I liked having a room facing the seafront. Beautiful views. How close to the town centre we were and all attractions. Aka. Horses, donkeys. Resultants of all kinds nearby.
  : Shower was scalding hot, unable to get to right temperature, the main shower nearly off wall. The bed was uncomfortable, asked member of staff if I could extra pillow and none were available, took ages to go to sleep, nowhere else to sit but bed in day time. No working TV. No storage to put clothes, had to keep clothes in suitcase. The stairs were dangerous, nails, my mother caught her finger causing bleeding. No towels when we arrived, requested towel only given 1 tea towel for showering.

  : We messaged over a month before our stay to request a certain room to be give the complete opposite - we understood being a weekend and a busy time of the year it was understandable.We parked up at the hotel around 11 and asked if we was ok to leave the car there til check, lady behind the reception desk was fine by that and said to come back at 4pm ....FAILED TO MENTION NOONE WOULD BE AT THE DESK TO CHECK US IN, WE HAD TO CALL THE EMERGENCY NUMBER ON THE WALL TO BE TOLD A ' TEXT WAS SENT OVER' WHICH WE DIDNT AND WHEN WE EXPLAINED WE HAD NO MESSAGE WAS GIVEN ATTITUDE ON THE PHONE OF WE SENT IT AGAIN. 2 seconds later a message was received with a door code and code to our room - it had all gone keyless and by the looks of it staff less as well.The room itself looked very outdated, dark and had no storage for your belongings. It had a little fabric drawer thing that wouldn't hold a pair of knickers and a wardrobe built into the wall that the Mr had to realign the door as it wasn't even connected on the hinges properly. The room had a tiny sink in the corner of the room with a soap dispenser _ WITH NO SOAP IN IT! We was given 2 towels laid out on the bed which was barely a bath towel. We had a kettle, mini fridge and a microwave but failed to even have a mirror anywhere in the room at all not even in the tiniest of bathrooms.The bed was so uncomfortable the head board looked like it was going to fall off and it was delightful to have a spring dig into your ribs or legs every time you turned over in your sleep.The shower cubicle was so small you couldnt physically move in it, no floor mat and the towel rail wasnt even on the wall properly.he door to the bathroom had holes in aswell as the shower cubicle, the walls had ripped wallpaper and the the whole room was extremely run down. We only stayed in with the hotel as it was a busy hot weekend and we knew wouldnt be able to go anywhere else and wouldnt be able to get our money back.
