  : It was close to town centre and the beach so we didn't have to use car much.
  : Breakfast wasn't available, would have made life alot easier and cheaper

  : Everything was okay, but him, forgot to leave the boiler on,,, and don't have the heating in our room, sorry for that

  : Absolutely nothing, I had a nightmare with the lies from the owner.
  : I booked into a place that had zero heating throughout the guesthouse and no heating in the rooms.... I phoned the owner multiple times to make aware that it was freezing. The owner kept texting me telling me the heating will come on in 5 minutes... It's very cold down this part of the country at this time of year, but the owners do not want to turn the heating on... Appalling...

  : Nobody there to welcome us room unclean no breakfast as advertised and what did I live absolutely nothing.

  : We did not like anything about this hotel.
  : We pulled up in our car and the hotel on out side looked very out dated and run down. We then pressed the door bell several time and no one even came to the door to acknowledge us. there was a small note on the door saying that if no one was in to go to this other hotel around the corner so off we went by the time we checked in there was a very strong smell of dampness and it did not even look like a guest house inside. This made me feel like I did not want to stop here and also made me feel unsafe. When I read the reviews on this hotel it said that the guest house has a 4 star rating and i say it would not have a single one. We then check in and he showed us to this one room it seemed occupied by someone else. Not a great start! The guy then showed us to another room that was not even ready beds was not made it was cold and still smelled of damp. We was then asked to sit in the living room well the room was getting made. it seemed like the bedding and sheets came from another hotel made me feel like they did not know we was coming. There was no one on site what so ever I was not happy with this it was that bad me and my husband decided to stat at another hotel and cut out our losses.
