  : The hotel was nothing like advertised on the Internet. It was in poor condition and dirty .needs a total overall

  : Location, exterior, breakfast room, reception, bar, free parking, big the room, beds very comfortable, staff very helpful and nice, sea view was a bonus
  : The lift is in terrible state, needs modernisation or at least painting. Room needs small fridge. Room door needs replacement or at least painting, Bathroom needs ripping out totally and installing new one. Cracked/ broken tiles in the bathroom and all very dated including shower curtain? Shower/ bath glass screen should be there. Also consider shower head not mounted fix shut on the wall, not everybody wants to get their head wet every day. Please consider different types of travellers with long hair. Carpets need good clean/ wash as well as arm chair and cushion on it as well. Breakfast was decent- more variety would be nice- boiled egg or tomato, cucumber for vegetarians, more variety of bread/ rolls. Tea/ coffee should be available all the time not served when asked as you have to wait or chase a member of staff for it. Also tea was extremely strong not everybody drinks that strong please have just hot water and tea bags then everybody can make it as they like. Scrambled eggs were watered down or made from packet- did not feel like just eggs scrambled, tasted odd.For the price of 110 a night I expected little more.
