  : The key box was on the ground with no external lighting. I arrived in pouring rain, trying to find the box with phone light, then entering combination with one hand bent fully over on ground holding torch light with other. Got soaked and was not in a good mood. The email said the box is shown in the picture. There was no picture. Resite the key box.

  : We liked the size of the apartment, nicely laid out and plenty of room. The bathroom was large with lots of storage. The kitchen was well appointed with a fridge freezer, you don't always get a freezer. First impression of the apartment was great, the table all laid up with a flower display. The heating was good, just on a little bit first thing and then a bit later on when we got back. It took us a little while to get used to the sloping ceilings due to being at the very top of the building. Plenty of parking on site.
  : We were concerned after having to get a key out of the lockbox (the photo we were sent looked like a shop doorway, nothing like the railings that it was actually attached to) that the front door seemed to be permanently on the latch with uncollected parcels and post on all the days we were there. The mattress on the bed is a spring type and made all sorts of creaks and boings, we found it funny but irritating. It would be nice to have a lower down hook in the bathroom to hang bath towels on, the two there were well over 6 feet up. The lounge area needs to have a socket and some sort of lamp, there is very little natural light due to the apartment being in the roof. Really struggled to put make up on, the only window that had any natural light had a narrow windowsill so couldn't stand a mirror.

  : The location was convenient to visiting my friends and also close to Great Malvern centre. It was a quiet location and no noise from neighbours. Car parking was good.
  : Finding the key was complicated. It would have been simpler to put it under the letterbox for Number 8, rather than the other side of the building which was not lit and it took us some time to find. The entrance area and stairs leading to the apartment were filthy, covered in leaves and dirt with a smell. The Wi-Fi code given by Booking.com was incorrect but we found it. The cafetire was only suitable for a single person. The radiator in the hall did not work. The apartment in general needed redecorating, especially doors and skirting boards.

  : Location, clean, all kitchen utensils and crockery, parking, easy access to Malvern on foot, quiet,
  : Internet not working for most of stay so no access to Netflix and Internet required for working in evenings so had to fudge on piggy backing off other network or mobile data. Extractor fan not working. Counter space in Kitchen really tricky for tall people. Kept bumping head.

  : The bed was awful! You can feel the springs when lying on the mattress., did not get a good night's sleep for the duration of the stay!

  : Mattress on the bed needs replacing. No full length mirror. The only mirror in the whole apartment was in the bathroom. No curtains at any of the windows. it is harder to get them for sloping for the windows but it is possible. The main (non sloping) window in the lounge / kitchen also didnt have any. I said we would need bedding for the bed settee and it was available but we had to put all the covers on the duvet / pillows. said there was tea / coffee etc. there were 2 tbags in the tin. Cooker hood still not working. Entrance area on ground floor very untidy and unwelcoming

  : The location of the flat is superb. A beautiful building surrounded with mature trees. Very close to the town center. The place had everything it is needed for a stay. Clean and very stylish.
