: The property was in a good location and the host was understanding.
: This is a basement flat, so there are a lot of visible damp issues. The mould has been painted over in an attempt to refurbish but it is still visible under the paint. We arrived on a wet day and put the heating on immediately to try to air the place, but the property was damp inside with damp bedding and caused asthma difficulties resulting in us having to leave. Anyone looking to book this flat should read the reviews on its management site, Sykes Cottages. They reviews there give a much more accurate picture of what you are booking. Booking.com reviews are inaccurate.
