  : Beautifully restored old building, in a great part of Granada near loads of excellent tapas bars and a short taxi ride from the Alhambra. In a traffic restricted street so fairly quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly.
  : Not so keen on the third floor room with roof windows so no view, had to open and shut blinds with a clumsy pole. Had continuous problems with the safe not locking. Also niggles with the bathroom - plug in washbasin (which was in a cupboard) wouldn't stay closed, shower screen too short so floor got wet, tap to fill bath appeared stuck. Coffee making facilities very poor - only two sachets per day, one decaf and one not, (in a room for two people, suppose we both wanted the same?) and only one sachet of sugar (none on the second day). Tiny bottle of complimentary water the first day, not available the second (though the room rate was the same). Ghastly breakfast coffee, very weak and sweet (even when made in the kitchen and not in the machine).

  : Room was small. Staff was ill informed, or purposefully misleading and oversold us tickets and parking.

  : Location was good, garden area and valet parking.
  : The room was in the eves and so was very low in places and had velux windows.It was quite dingy even though it had lots of lights. We got the impression that we (through booking.com) had been allocated one of the inferior rooms in the hotel.The shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor making it slippy and dangerous. We reported this also that the plug in the sink did not work but no action was taken. The breakfast was no better than average
