  : Property asked us weird personal questions prior to arrival. Host was angered by the fact that we couldn't find the parking facilities and made her wait 30 mins. We were not aware Granada's downtown was a series of one-way streets. Host was unwelcoming and rude upon arrival and demanded that we pay for parking up front. Was very loud in the square in the evenings and some guests had trouble sleeping due to lack of double-glazing on the windows. Will not recommend to others due to conduct of the host and proximity to noisy square.

  : Excellent location, old authentic building on a lovely square with loads of room for our two families. It was tastefully decorated and has a very well stocked kitchen. It has electric heating throughout the apartment and we were never cold. It is located close to everything you need and parking in the San Agustin was very close nearby. We were given discount tickets by the rental company which was an added bonus! Two of the bed rooms had double-pane windows to keep down the noise from the Square but the third bedroom didn't and you could hear noise all night long.
  : The third bedroom was very noisy. The second bedroom has a Spanish double which was not big enough for two adults. The other couple stated the largest bed was very firm. There is no elevator which was difficult to lug up suitcases and the plumbing was typical of an old building, two people can not shower in the morning due to a small water heater and the shower head was leaking.

  : super beautiful interior that feels spacious and luxurious. the pictures dont lie! :) we felt like in a beautiful movie :D super central location to reach everything one wants to see and do in granada.
  : outside of the house is a plaza and that is very busy and loud. the restaurant and bar is open until 00.30, but the plaza is quite busy at night too and lots of sounds in the early morning hours of cars arriving etc.two rooms have new windows which make it ok, but the room with the twin beds only has old windows and it sounds like youre sleeping on the plaza! luckily we were only three people and did t have to use this room. i found it complicated to have to communicate with an extra check in team and then even with another person (who was very friendly!) who would let us in.also when receiving my booking confirmation i got a notice that i will have to sign something that im liable for all damage done. ne er had to sign such thing for any hotel booked in my whole life! wellthey forgot to ask me for that :) but nevertheless i found it a weird thing.the had provided some fruit, tea and washing powder for us, but when we asked for salt and pepper we were told this is not included in the price. a bit disappointing to be honest.

  : Waterpressure, but thats to be expected in older buildings, no big deal.

  : We had trouble finding the property. Its a big door behind the statue of a man & donkey. More specific directions would have saved a lot of stress. No double glazing in third bedroom so its noisy. No fans in bathrooms. Doors in bathrooms dont close properly.

  : be ready to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs and be careful on way down they can be slippery.
