  : Great location, close to the beach, wonderful pool beds and pools. There was a good layout of the property so we easily found our way around while exploring.
  : The air conditioning could have been better. We had trouble turning the temperature down. Lots of children, maybe think of an adults only area?

  : This is not a 5 star hotel! The food & staff really let the mitsis quality name down. The food was always freezin, flavourless took ages & the rudest staff of any hotel i Have been to (and I have been to a lot!) some days we never would get our tea /coffee In breakfast, the Italian restaurant we were seated then no one came over until they asked what we wanted. But We hadnt been shown a menu then he told us well you should have gone into the wifi & looked at the menu ..how are we meant to know that!! The guy at the theatre bar is the rudest person (the beach bar staff were so lovely) The food in the creperie was great, the pizza on beach & gyros were also sooo lovely but again the pizza staff was the rudest women I have ever met

  : Great all inclusive resort, great facilities, beach was lovely and sandy (private beach) and great loungers and beds available for all guests. Amazing range of food, always something to eat
  : The lobby and main buffet area is dated, however they did mention they are working on updating these areas

  : We had booked three pool villa rooms. The rooms and the positioning of the villas were brilliant. The quality of the room, the view, and room amenities & facilities were 5 star!
  : CorrespondencePre arrival correspondence was extremely poor I had sent four emails trying to confirm a couple of room enquiries and finally got a response when I called!ArrivalWe arrived at 22:00 to find the reception located directly next to the DJ stand. No welcome drinks as promised, no seating, just loud loud loud music! Now, I like loud music.but certainly not at check in!!Staff FriendlinessI appreciate that we went at the end of the summer season, but 80%+ staff were unfriendly and rude!The 20% that were friendly were great especially the guy on the gyros stand.Going into one restaurant a server had guided me to sit at a table near my family, and then another server literally shouted at me in the restaurant for sitting on a table which was clean but not dressed; he actually told me to go back to the front of the restaurant to wait to be called!!! It was literally unbelievable behaviour!!!Dress Code in RestaurantsDespite the website stating vehemently that trousers are required very seldom were trousers worn in restaurants. In fact, you would see people in training shorts and t-shirts!Now, I dont care what someone wears, but if a resort proclaims to have a hi-end dress code and states that guests need to wear such, then they need to maintain that!Children in adults only beach areaEach time we sat in the Adults only beach section there was no less than 10 children in the sectioned area these were children less than 10 years old!Queue time for ice cream and burgers & gyrosThe food quality at the ice, crepes, burgers, gyros, stands was excellent however, the average queue time in the sun was nearly always 20 minutes plus!Pool drinks service once a dayAs part of the pool villas we were told that we would have unlimited room service from the bar. Only once a day did we receive drinks at the pool.Reservation at restaurantsWe had three rooms but the restaurant booking app would only let you book one room.
