  : The location was really good
  : There are two buildings. If you stay in the second building, people will come to the terrace around 5 am and they are really loud, which can wake you up. Additionally, the pipe isolation is quite weak. I stayed on the ground floor of the second building and I could hear everyone taking a shower or flushing the toilet water. This can be really annoying, especially during the night.

  : Amazing location, a bit outside the center but perfect for watching the hot air balloons from the beautiful rooftop. Really good breakfast.
  : The people at the reception were really cahotic, telling us different things every time we asked and having problems managing the payements we did. Be careful that they will not let you pay the activities by card.

  : Excellent location. The hotel is accessible, it is in the downtown area and you can easily walk around town. Lots of good restaurants nearby, atm machines, convenience stores, and tour companies where you can book activities from.Also the rooftop is great.
  : We werent able to see the balloons because we were sent by the hotel with the wrong hot air balloon company who apparently takes off in the mountains very far from where the rest of the balloons take off. We flew with only one other balloon the entire time with no views but the sandy mountains. Cappadoccia was a dream destination for us, we really wanted to ride the hot air balloon with the magical view of all the other balloons up in the air. Or atleast be able to watch the 100 of balloons from the hotel rooftop since that was the reason why we booked this hotel anyway. We planned a 4 day 3 night stay as we knew that balloons dont really fly everyday if weather is not great so we wanted to have that chance to try again if it doesnt work out the first day. The hotel gladly offered to book for us and we specifically asked to be booked in Goreme (please make sure this is where you take off). First few days were unsuccessful as weather was bad, and on our last day we were lucky to get the green flag to fly (or so we thought) but to our surprise, the van that picked us up was already driving an hour away from Goreme taking us to a really far location with no views but the mountains. We were celebrating a birthday and didnt want to spoil our day so just decided to enjoy the ride but we were so disappointed the entire time. No explanation from the hotel or anything. We could have just stayed at the hotel to watch the balloons directly from the rooftop coz thats where they all fly through. We really hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

  : The rooftop was very nice and location was central. We were able to walk to many restaurants.
  : We had a bed bug issue which made our stay difficult. And our room was connected to the front entrance so it was very difficult to sleep with all of the noise.
