: Big room with all needed ammendeties; awesome breakfast; great location; The staff was just amazing. The balcony door wasn't working, and they fixed it right away. Also they set up a lot of the excursions and were making our stay special

: I recently stayed at the Balloon Cave Hotel in Greme and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is excellent, and the staff is stellar. They were extremely accommodating, friendly, and welcoming, making my stay very enjoyable. The breakfast on the terrace was amazing, offering both delicious food and stunning balloon views. The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. The hotel's location is perfect, just a few steps away from the Main Street in Greme, which is full of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend the Balloon Cave Hotel to anyone traveling to Cappadocia.

: Perfect for families. Extreme hospitality by the hotel staff especially breakfast was done so well. Loved having spa in the room bathroom. Very spacious and well maintained property. Definitely great place and offers value for money if you would like to stay in Gerome center and catch morning view of the hot balloon.
: Terrace could have been more organized and neatly done. Cushions were a bit dusty and we could not access the top dome.

: 1) The rooftop breakfast room and terrace with a good view (also a tiny swimming pool, which we didn't try). If you get up early enough, you can see the balloons flying from this rooftop 2) Huge room with fantastic wooden ceiling. 3) Stylish Turkish decorations throughout the hotel. 4) Very friendly manager who spoke perfect English, his sister who ran the breakfasts, and another reception manager - all were extremely friendly and helpful
: 1) The exterior of the hotel wasn't as attractive as the pictures suggested. 2) No dedicated parking - although to be fair, it wasn't a problem to park on the road. 3) Cleaning. We had 3 full days there - the first one they cleaned our room, but not the 2nd or 3rd (one of those days we were in the room when the cleaners came, but left later. The other, we were out).

Nothing was too much trouble for them in helping us with our itinerary and ensuring we were comfortable.We missed breakfast the morning of our departure due to an early flight but they provided us with a packed sandwich and carton of juice without us asking for anything! Human touch
