  : 1. Fridge was spacious and was very well chilled. 2. We had a small induction cooking plate so you could cook if you wanted to. 3. The garden at the front of the hotel was very cozy with greenery and a pool table, our room also had a clothesline and a small balcony. 4. The owner was quietly waiting for us to finish a little after checkout time. He didn't even check the room and it was all right. 5. The cottage is within walking distance of the beach and was close to a number of restaurants and shops. 6. Despite the unpleasant smell of the house, it was a nice cute apartment. (Very old fashioned)
  : 1. House stank when we entered and the smell has not gone away. Smelled like urine.2. Air conditioning did not work/is broken. We plugged it in and it turned up and down once and then just stopped.3. NOTE: There is no train station in Albania, although it is said on the site that there is.4. Difficulty communicating with the owner, he spoke little or no English and did not bother to use google translation so talking would maybe be easier5. When we arrived there was no one at the hotel check-in. We waited outside for about an hour and had to speak to people to find the owner that was eventually found.6. The cottage was in bad shape, the shower was falling apart and occasionally we also had no water.7. Wifi is SUPER BAD8. cups and plates were sticky, so we provided washing-up liquid and sponges ourselves.9. NOTE: Taxi is very expensive, so it is advisable to take the bus, which is easy to find.10. Finally we were told last minute that we had to pay city tax. This has not been communicated to us in advance while we have asked to pay everything in one go due to the exchange fee.11. The cottage is very noisy, so if you want peace and quiet, this is not the place for you.12. The pool table was very nice but the white ball was missing and the table was lopsided and had a hole in it.13. ATTENTION: Lots of mosquitoes so use anti-mosquito spray! There were some holes in the mosquito protection layer in front of the window, so they are able to get in.14. The cupboards, drawers, curtains, sofas and bedding also smelled very badly.15. Beds creaked a lot.16. The floor was super dirty so we mopped it after changing the water four times, it was still brown.17. Owner had sent a good English message when booking, but do not be fooled by this like us because upon arrival not much english was spoken.18. The owner was very slow in responding to questions we had and this was very annoying. Some questions were even left unanswered.

  : The man running it was nice.
  : When I booked, I got a message asking for a 50 euro transfer to a private account in order to "secure" my booking... very shady and looked like a scam. I had to contact the place twice to confirm my booking. Not sure this is allowed to do, but if you book here, do never pre pay to private accounts.The building needs love and attention. Furniture upgrades and hot water! We didn't have hot water. Not sure I'll be back...
