  : They give you some cheap colored (green and blue) straps and they expect you to always have them on, they break easily. If you don't have the strap on, they will treat you like a thief in front of everyone. They won't let you enjoy the beach, food or anything else without it, even if you paid for it! Also, if you have the blue strap, they won't let you get drinks. Doesn't matter that you have breakfast and dinner in your package, you have to pay extra for drinks...Absolutely terrible experience, will never visit this place again!

  : The staff was lovely. The pools were very clean, and the indoor pool was very warm. The sauna was great, and the staff kept the beach clean from the litter that was prevalent everywhere else. The food was nice, and my daughter loved playing with the cats around the hotel. The ping pong table got a lot of use from us.
  : The location was a bit bleak. The hotel itself is a little oasis in a desert of unkempt potholed roads and abandoned buildings. The mosquitos were merciless after dark so bring some repellant. The hotel had switched off the AC for the season (October), despite the fact that it must have been 30C in our room. Thankfully they were able to give us a cooler room on the shady side of the hotel. The hotel has a ridiculous policy that no outside food or beverages are allowed on the premesis. That is a bit draconian if you ask me. And the all Inclusive bar stops at 10. That's WAY to early. Should be midnight.

  : The pools were good, the food was good. The kids area kids club was a lot of fun.
  : The kids pool was just a small part of a bigger pool. There is a road between the hotel and the beach - it doesnt matter really, however just to note that this hotel is not right on the beach, which I got the impression of from booking.com. The breakfast and dinner times are not very family friendly, they were way too late for us at least.
