  : I liked the cheap price but I learned why it was cheap
  : Don't expect anything tasty, for the price you get only your belly filled nothing else. In the end they made me pay the towels because guess what? They were dirty. Not because they had some type of stains or anything but because after 5 days of using them they got dirty. They expected me to wash them? And before anything the towels had rust stains on them from the beginning. But I didn't say anything. I just used them, and of course, after 5 days of not being changed, towels got dirty and they had the audacity to tell me that they got dirty. Unfriendly staff, I do not recommend.

  : Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel at All CostsI recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel over the weekend, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts in the hopes of sparing others from a similarly disappointing stay. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment was not up to par.First and foremost, the food was abysmal. I wouldn't wish the so-called "cuisine" on my worst enemy. The meals were not only overpriced, but also bland and poorly prepared. It's astounding that the kitchen could produce such tasteless and unappetizing dishes. I was left with no choice but to venture out in search of edible sustenance, which was not what I had anticipated when booking a hotel with on-site dining options.The staff, if you can even call them that, were equally disappointing. Their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was astonishing. It seemed as though they were doing me a favor by acknowledging my presence, let alone assisting with any inquiries or requests. It's as if customer service is a foreign concept to them, and their disinterested attitudes only added to the overall negative experience.To top it all off, the prices were exorbitant for the pitiful quality of service and amenities offered. I expected to pay a premium for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but what I got in return was far from it. I've stayed in budget accommodations that provided better value for my money than this so-called "3 Stars" hotel.In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before booking a stay. The subpar food, apathetic staff, and unjustifiably high prices for what thery offer combine to create an utterly disappointing experience. There are countless other options available that will undoubtedly provide a more pleasant and satisfying stay. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for accommodations that actually deserve your hard-earned money.

  : The room was clean, nothing to comment on that, the staff I had contact with was ok. The hotel lobby and stairs were clean all the time On the first and last day I had contact at the reception with the same very nice and kind older lady.
  : The water machine was only valid in the restaurant until 22:00 or 00:00 (don't remember exactly), I think it was much better to have at least a water machine in the hotel lobby so that it could be used all the time. I think the juices had somewhere around 60/70% water and the rest juice. The food is always the same, the vegetables are cooked too little, the omelette is cooked too little, the sausage slices have a very strange taste, the coffee didn't really taste like coffee, the all inclusive bar was only in the restaurant, the pool bar didn't get the all inclusive things . I think that on the 5th day of the stay there were the same cucumbers from the first day, they had a very bad and strange taste, also last night there was some pasta with white sauce that was braised.
