  : Lifts are working partly. WiFi connection very very poor (bad) All day drunk people around the swimming pool screaming and loud music which they sceared my kids unfortunately. More , more and .. Just I dont want to write anymore to waste my time

  : There was no internet accessible from our room. And there were no working desks anywhere at the hotel. Don't believe they have a fitness center; their fitness center is 2 benches (1 is broken), 1 barbell (that can be a maximum of 55kg), 1 treadmill, 1 station bicycle, and a piece of broken equipment. Anyway, it was the favorite place of drunk teenagers so the floor was always wet with some drink or pee I am not sure. When I booked the hotel, the kid care/kid club was an important factor. But they are caring the kids for 15 minutes during the day (not every day) and 30 minutes in the evening. Other than that, there are no activities, and almost no places for kids. They are hosting mostly teenagers from Poland. They are drunk and loud. Only Polish music is playing at the hotel. One day, there was a pool party, and they collected teenagers from other hotels and our hotel's pool and poolside was very crowded and loud. They played games with a Polish guy speaking Polish to the microphone, and when they left the pool was blurry. They don't care about the guests who are not Polish teenagers. About 1 in every 5 plates is clean and all of them are always wet. It was a challenge to find a clean plate before any meal. They have a very serious problem with their dishwasher. And there is no pool bar (except a machine where you can take soft drinks, but not water) and no night bar. The hotel is all-inclusive between 7:30 and 22:30. The only place to get drinks is the lobby bar, and there is almost always a long queue, and works slowly.

  : There was no yogurt, there was no bread, there was no jam, and the tea and coffee were not right, and the staff were very tired, and it was very cold there. They were making noise and they didn't have different types of bread, and they used to eat jam. It was cold and tasteless and the fruit was scarce and the food always ran out and the Tanha ground was dirty and had two atansours, one of which was broken and we had to wait an hour to go up with the other beki and only four people could. take the elevator and it was always full and we always came down the stairs and I got severe knee pain

  : Since the begining we experienced just how nasty this hotel can get.The staff at check in was rude and arrogant.When we entered our room we noticed it wasn't really clean.Firstly we noticed crums and dust on the carpet. The sheets were stained on the bed and later we realized they did not change the sheets from the previous visitors. There were obvious cracks in the walls and spiders would supervise us from the corners of the room.Being on the 14th floor we had trouble with the water pressure all the time. The toilet seat was not sanitized. There were no complimentary toiletries, not even soap. We only had one towel per person.The cleaning service was abysmal. They only cleaned once we expressly asked for it and once again they didn't change the sheets. They didn't really do much except from vacuuming a little and making the bed.The elevators barely worked and were a safety hazard. One of them would be out of comission half the time and the other would open its doors before actually reaching the destination floor. Mind you, there were only 2 elevators for a 14 floors hotel!!This being a low cost hotel, it attracts a lot of boozy teenagers and students, that come with all the noise it entails. Also, they left dirty dishes and empty beer containers out on the hallway that nobody picked up for 2 days straight. Lastly, the food was so bad we basically either starved or ate somewhere else. They would bring the food out already cold, it was made from poor quality ingredients and many of us felt they were recycling leftovers from previous meals. That last one cannot be conclusively prooved.
