  : Staff attitude(except a girl from the reception)lack of any kind of quality drink the coffee is terrible.no option to order something on the beach or to order something other than they have.you don't feel in a holiday ,worst experience I've ever had and this is not about this hotel, Bulgaria is absolutely terrible, corruption everywhere,the police will harass you looking for bribe,the border control the same.dont go in Bulgaria!!!

  : Perfect location with plenty of place to walk
  : When we arrived the receptionist made us wait without there being any people around. She couldnt answer any of my questions. The room is small for a 4 star hotel and the bathroom needed additional cleaning. And on top of that they charged me additional money for the parking - 10 per day. Ive been at this property 5 years ago before the Covid pandemic and it was all much better back than. Because of all these flaws I dont think Ill be coming here again! And just like that they lost a customer!

  : Immediate access to the beach from the hotel. The cooked food is of high quality and tasty; they surely have a good chef. However, the cold cuts are not great. The staff is friendly and willing to help; you can see that they are trying to cope with the shortcomings. They provide a fresh beach towel daily. Private parking is available but at a high cost, at least you know it's safe. The beach area, both indoors and outdoors, is very clean.
  : The beach is no longer private. Tourists come and simply occupy the spaces. The bar on the beach serves everyone... which makes me wonder if this loss is included in the accommodation price. There's a lack of interest from top management, as if everyone does whatever they want. You no longer have that feeling of intimacy that once existed. Everyone is different, and if you choose a location for a private beach, well, it should be private!The coffee is of very poor quality, the wine is sour, the beer lacks fizz, and I refrain from the other spirits. It would be better to provide good beer and wine, and charge for other beverages. It's common sense.The music in the restaurant is repetitive and terrible; instead of lively music in the morning to energize you, it feels like a lullaby to put kids to sleep.

  : The room we stayed in was nice, decent size and clean.There was an ok variety of foods and drinks for each service during the day.
  : No info was provided on arrival about the all inclusive details or welness services. We read about these in other reviews. You can access an outdoor pool in the complex, which is few hundred meters away, but even there the guy at the bar told us initially that we don't have any access. We got in only after another colleague at the bar stepped in. I doubt we were the first to come there till this time - probably wanted to do some extra money...This is a hospitality service and customers should be informed from the start of everything/at least hand a brouchure or a small paper with the info. When we came there was no queue or a high demand of service at the reception. We got checked in and that was all. No additional info.Some of the reception staff needs more training.Except the happy guy presenting the traditional stuff at the dinner entry, no smiles during our stay which is a bit sad as the service volume can't be compared to a larger hotel.On the website of the hotel its mentioned that each room has its own set of sunbeds but suprise, people from outside the complex come, without bracelets and occupy them and there is nobody handling this from the hotel.
