  : The property was a great size, and was very well located.
  : The property was not very clean. The floors left under feet very dirty. That was the only thing that I could fault, everything else was perfect. Some of the furniture was damaged, and could be doing with being updated.

  : Parking. Laura was friendly and helpful.
  : The apartment looked tired and in need of redecorating. As did the flats themselves. The size of the apartment was good, but the rooms were spartan and lacking in character. The towels were small and had bleach marks on. Light switches missing covers, extractor fans didn't work.

  : The TV was easy to use which was lucky as there was no written info for the apartment. The apartment is spacious but poorly furnished. The fire Marshall ( who was supervising the building) was helpful.
  : The apartment was very disappointing. Initially it looked grubby and run down. There was damage to the kitchen units and the freezer drawer. There was a broken tile in the hallway; there were containers for tea and coffee and sugar all containing small amounts so feeling like they belonged to the previous occupants; the balcony had unattractive chairs and green algae growing at the bottom; the bed linen was a poor fit and had occasional coloured marks such as from a felt tip pen; the bathroom door and the wardrobe door could not be closed. There were patches of damp on the walls in the hall and the bedroom

  : The property was conveniently located to all amenities however we were a bit disappointed that the flat was a little bit tired in need of redecorating, the hall has a bad damp patch on the wall and on the bedroom wall to this is caused by condensation from the bathrooms as both of the extractor fans dont work, the bedroom wardrobe didnt open or close properly, the floor was needing replaced in bathroom we had to buy our own black bags and cleaning products as there was non available. Very expensive property for what it is

  : Fantastic apartment. Huge rooms, spacious and very well equipped with everything you could need. Spotlessly clean. Brilliant location. The apartment manager was lovely to talk to, and the arrangements to get in were very easy to follow. We only needed one night, but you could easily stay for longer and use the place as a base for a much longer holiday in and around Glasgow. This was much better value than a hotel for the night!
  : Some of the furniture is a bit tired. The sofa is sagging in the middle, and the single bed "clonked" every time I rolled over.

  : From the minute we walked in we could see the apartment was very unloved. You stuck to the floors as you walked around. The yellow chair was filthy. The ensuite toilet flushed very hot water. You could not open the wardrobes. Had to wash some of the crockery before use. No plug for the kitchen sink. The single beds were uncomfortable. There looked to be signs of damp. A lot of downlights were not working and very poorly decorated. Not exactly luxury. Would not recommend.

  : The heating didn't work for the first night until some came to fix it the next day. One of toilets didn't flush, the TV didn't work, 9 bulbs were blown and there was mould in the kitchen. One of the two living room blinds was not fitted, None of the extractor fans were working. The bathroom door would not shut and so could not be locked. There was a broken an unsafe electrical socket in the bedroom. The wardrobe door was off its runners. There was no fire extinguisher despite the building needing 24/7 fire marshals. Students were seeming living in / using the apartment directly opposite and partying from 7pm to 4am on several occasions; with shouting, screaming, slamming doors and throwing glass bottles, plant pots and other household items from the 6th floor balcony onto the road below accompanied by possible drug abuse.
