  : I couldn't arrive on the day of check in due to the train strike, I informed them and they didn't even care about the problem or reimburse me a percentage, I lost an entire night's stay of 150.I kept sending messages asking about the check-in procedure and they never responded, terrible communication.The pans were rusty and filthy.Apartment more expensive than hotels, monthly income to stay for a week.I thought it was nonsense that they charged more than 1,000 pounds to stay for a week in a residential apartment, residents generally pay this per month in the UK, this is the price of a resort or hotel. Totally outrageous price. I also had to provide a 250 deposit. There was nothing written in the ad that a deposit of 250 was required, a lot of rules only exposed after paying, it was far from the city center.The train passes right under the building, causing a tremendous noise the entire time. There are a lot of bushes in the region, a lot of insects in the house.You can hear all the hallways and doors opening in the hallway.No cleaning during stayThere was no air conditioning, just a broken fan.The inside doors do not open so there is a piece of wood to hold them, totally precarious.A housekeeper tried to enter the apartment while I was inside without permission, she said she was testing the keys when I opened the door to ask who it was, totally inappropriate. I communicated to the host and they ignored the message.Terrible communication, the take hours or days to respond, if at all.And its very far from city centre, 40min walking.I won't be back and I don't recommend it

  : Location was brilliant. Close to good restaurants and supermarket Quiet building.
  : Apartment was fine but needs some TLC. Missing door handle, shower door on wrong side. More cutlery needed in kitchen. Blind that wouldn't go up.
