  : Personal is doing more than anyone could from the hotel, they work hard to keep it clean and in good condition BUT!...
  : This place is a real Bordell! 24h non stop through the Lobby are going prostitutes with their clients and they even forget to close the door! So meanwhile walking through the hall you become a whiteness of their laut work, we were there with a teenager, she was shocked! Another thing is a hotel itself is in terrible condition, the towels are used and grey, the bedsheets are with holes, the mattresses hardly keeping their spirals together, in the corner of the bathroom there is a huge mold, some of the ceramics are fell away, there is no drain protection in the sink and bidet, so if something falls down-youve lost it forever. There was an open electric plug in the room and broken, open hairdryer in the bathroom. About breakfast-hotel has no own kitchen, all they have is a microwave and coffee machine, so they had to make us hot water for tea we brought with us(once we dont drink coffee) in that microwave! And they serve plasticine way glasses for breakfast with plastic spoon and knife. So our morning started from sitting on the lobby with tea made in microwave(good we took our tea, they have non) and watching passing of the prostitutes and their clients. I have no idea, who gave this hotel so many stars! Probably their regular clients, but for me THIS PLACE IS NO GO!

  : The owners lovely people Massimo Enzo are great guys nothing was too much for them, and Salvatore is very good night staff and and a gentlemen served excellent breakfast homemade cakes delicious and the extras and the Russian Lady very nice friendly can't find any faults clean room always fresh towels well done
  : My son was not happy no wi fi in rooms single bed was too hard but not too bad
