  : Family run business and the staff is super friendly though they dont speak much English. We stayed here as we booked last minute and it was hard to find anything in August even during times of COVID! So we ended up here but it was a good location about 20-30 minutes from Naples city center and near the beaches.
  : Our room had a lot of bugs (flies etc). Also toilet seats dont have a seatwe asked the staff about it and it seems to be common in Naples as we went to outside restaurants and it was the same. Basically get what you pay for. The room is very basic and not terrible but we stayed at nicer places during our trip and this was the least appealing. We only stayed two nights so wasnt bad but wouldnt stay here if you want more comfort or amenities. It was good for the location and our budget given our last minute planning.

  : The only plus was the cleanliness of the room and hotel. Daily change of linen and towels
  : No communication. All the staff don't speak English at all. No communication between staff. We settled all the bills in advance and on our departure one of the receptionists wanted us to pay for drinks.

  : I stayed at Hotel 2000 with my 10 year old granddaughter who is from Texas and spending the summer with me in Italy. We came to the Naples area as she wanted to see Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius because she studied it in school this past year. The staff were wonderful and always willing to assist with any question. My italian is not very good so Stefano called in a food delivery order for us and he delivered it to our cottage. I was able to park right next to the door to our cabin. The flowers and trees on the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Each cottage has it's own small balcony. Grazie mille to all at Hotel2000
  : Observations, not dislikes. If your destination is the tourist spots, Pompeii, Salerno, Amalfi Coast etc. it is at least an hour drive from the hotel. A comfortable chair in the room would have been nice to sit on, there is only a small desk chair. A small bistro table on the balcony would be nice to have. The bathroom floor and the shower floor are VERY slippery when wet. I slipped on both, but did not fall. I warned my granddaughter ahead of time, but she still slipped and fell. I have noticed this is a common issue at many hotels that I have stayed at in Italy. None of these things has deterred me from staying again at Hotel2000.
